2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. AI-Generated Content

All curriculum plans are generated by artificial intelligence. SchemeForge can make mistakes. Content is provided as a starting point and must be reviewed, verified, and adapted by qualified educators before use in any educational setting. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated plans.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse prevention measures
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the service
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored professional advice

5. Intellectual Property

Generated curriculum plans are provided for your use. The SchemeForge name, branding, and underlying technology remain our property. School data is sourced from the Department for Education’s Get Information About Schools (GIAS) service and is used under the Open Government Licence.

6. Service Availability

This is a demonstration service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uptime or availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SchemeForge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on generated content.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
